Mr. Brown, son of the late Benny Frank and Nellie Moore Brown was born in Lincoln County on October 19, 1938 where he lived most of his life. Fun, adventuresome, daring, amiable and caring are just a few words that describe “Pop” as he was affectionately known by his family.

One of the highlights of his ultralight hobby was flying to Fun-N-Sun in Lakeland, Florida.
