Stacey Michaelle Pierce Kent, 52, of Thomson, Georgia entered into rest March 11, 2021 at her residence.  She was born in Thomson, Georgia to Carolyn “Mickey” Pierce and the late Sonny Pierce.

Stacey was survived by her mother, Carolyn “Mickey” Pierce of Warrenton, Georgia; her sons, Jeffrey Kent, Jr. (Misty) of Valdosta, Georgia and Michael Kent (Anna Blake) of Thomson, Georgia; her sister, Leigh Grant (Phillip) of Hartwell, Georgia; and her nephew and nieces, Eli Grant (Tyler), Ivy Grant and Emma Grant.

Ms. Kent grew up in Warrenton, Georgia, was a member of First Baptist Church in Warrenton, attended Brairwood Academy, and was employed as a driver with UPS and worked with Merle Norman.  She loved the Lord, her pets, the beach and especially loved her family and friends.

A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family.

Per CDC requirements the family will be observing social distancing.  Masks are required and appreciated.  Due to the current national health concern, the family would appreciate phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
