Shirley M. Legendre Foecke, 90, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on June 24, 2022.

Shirley was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 8, 1931. She was Catholic by faith and a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Shirley enjoyed traveling and especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, John Legendre and Pauline St. Germaine Legendre; her husband of 50 years, Ralph J. Foecke and her grandson, Patrick Foecke. Her survivors include her children, Catherine Park (Jerry) of Greenville, North Carolina, Keith Foecke (Kimberly Storm) of Bellingham, of Washington State and Lisa Kitchens (Johnny) of Thomson, Georgia.

She will be interred on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in the Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, Mississippi. Please visit www.beggsfuneralhome.net to sign the family’s personal guestbook.
