Mr. Myron Allen Stover, 78 of Greensboro Rd., Crawfordville entered into rest on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 12 o’clock noon at Phillips Mill Baptist Church with interment following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 am until the hour of the service in the church sanctuary.
Mr. Stover, son of the late John Calvin and Lorene Talley Stover was born in Lithonia, Ga. on January 10, 1943. Prior to moving to Wilkes County 50 years ago, he had lived in Gainesville. He was a self employed painter and carpenter who loved the outdoors. His interests included hunting deer, turkey and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Daniel Allen Stover who died in 1997 and his daughter, Laura Ann Cason who died on July 14, 2021.
Survivors include his wife, Louella Martin Stover; daughter, Naomi Santiago and significant other Joseph Andrade; sister, Dorothy Moon and grandchildren, Cole Howard, Colby Howard, Juan Santiago, Ricardo Santiago, and Katherine Santiago; great- grandchild, Iliana Maroquin.
