Minnie Bell Wright
Crawfordville, GA – Mrs. Minnie Bell Wright, 93, entered into rest May 3, 2020.
Mrs. Wright was born in Norwood, GA, the daughter of the late William Frank Johnson and the late Estelle Cranford Johnson. She worked for Royal Manufacturing Company and later as a Teacher’s Aide at the Taliaferro County Elementary School. Mrs. Wright was a devoted long-time member of Jennings Baptist Church where she had served as Treasurer and a Sunday school teacher. She was predeceased by her husband, Cohen Wright.
Survivors include her daughters, Faye W. Ott of Lawrenceville, GA and Kathy W. Groseclose (David) of Athens, GA; grandchildren, Bryan D. Ott and Graham Groseclose (Hannah); great grandchildren, Sidney Ott and Tate Groseclose; and sister, Mattie Chalker of Warrenton, GA.
Due to the current national health concern, a private graveside service will be held with Dr. Jay Hodges officiating, but the family would appreciate any phone calls, emails, cards or text messages. Interment will be in the Jennings Baptist Church Cemetery.
