Mrs. Kaye Harris Anderson, 70, of Thomson, Georgia, entered into rest on June 20, 2021.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Avon Park, Florida, Highlands County, graduated Pasco County High School in 1968, graduated from Grady Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1971, married Ronald Anderson in 1972 and moved to Thomson, Georgia. She worked at McDuffie County Hospital as the Director of Nursing, University Hospital Augusta, and later on as a contract nurse until she retired. She loved music, singing karaoke, volunteering with the youth at church, and was devoted to her Lord and her family and friends. She was Baptist by faith and was a member of First Baptist Church, Thomson, Georgia.
Kaye was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Anderson, Sr.; and her parents, James Cooper Harris and Janis McGee O’Berry. Her survivors include her daughters, Pam Dean (Chris) of Thomson, Georgia, Jennifer Malone (Marty) of Covington, Georgia and Bethany Anderson of Covington, Georgia; her sisters, Cynde Ogle of Dade City, Florida, Eve Harris of Ridge Manor, Florida and Donna Campbell of Dade City, Florida; and her grandchildren, Ashton Malone, Brendan Malone, Kaylee Dean, Avery Dean and Madeline Malone.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Lambert, officiating with visitation being held one hour before the service.
