Julia Ann Williams Turner, 63, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on October 13, 2023.
Mrs. Turner was born in Washington, Georgia and was a lifelong resident of Thomson. She had worked for Lake Crossing Health Center and in retail. She enjoyed outdoors working in her yard, gardening, flowers, hummingbirds, and loved dancing. Out of all the things she enjoyed, spending time with her family was the most important thing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Turner, her parents, Donald Lee Williams and Gloria Jean Cranford Williams, a daughter, Brandi Nichole Linzey, a grandchild, Destiny Nichole Linzey, her brother Scotty Williams and a sister, Teresa Morris.
Survivors include her daughter, Tonya Youngblood (Gary); one sister, Priscilla Richardson (Edward); Grandchildren, Alexis Nichole Linzey, Audrey Anne Linzey, Gary Alex Youngblood, III, Callie Jane Youngblood, and Caleb Michael Youngblood; one great-granddaughter due to arrive January 1st.; her bonus children, Zepplin Grey and her three children and Halley Harrell and her five children. She was loved by her nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18, at Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia with Pastor Keith Kurtz and Jason Powell officiating the service.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
