Mrs. Janet Radford Chalker, 59, Georgia, entered into rest on August 17, 2021.

Mrs. Chalker was born in Thomson, Georgia on April 21, 1962, and has lived in Thomson, Georgia most of her life.  She was the daughter of Marjorie Morgan Radford and the late, Johnny Lee Radford.  Janet spent her life as a homemaker and caretaker for her family.  She loved crafting, cooking, her two dogs and especially loved her family and friends.

Mrs. Chalker was preceded in life by her father, Johnny Lee Radford.  She is survived by her husband, Keith Chalker; her daughter, Jennifer Leigh Chalker; her mother, Marjorie “Bobbie” Morgan Radford; her brother Bob Radford (Frieda) of Augusta, Georgia; her sister, Phyllis Radford Woods (John) of Marietta, Georgia; and six nieces; Hollie Woods, Kizzie Rice, Sydney Upton, Morgan Upton, Ari Clark and Kalanni McFadden.

Visitation will be held at Beggs Funeral Home on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 9:30-10:30 a.m. with the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. following the visitation.  Bro. Bob Radford will be officiating.  The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery, Thomson, Georgia.  Pallbearers are Todd Kitchens and Parker Hicks.  Please visit www.beggsfuneralhome.net to sign the family’s personal guestbook.
