Mr. James Richard Corley, 46, of Clay Hill Road, passed away on November 19, 2021, at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2 PM at Faith Community Church.
Jamie, as he was known, loved hunting (as much as life itself) and was very active in his hunting club. He attended Harlem High School and later enrolled in Augusta Tech. Mr. Corley taught himself in refrigeration and people called him day and night to ask advice or help with their units. He really enjoyed that! He attended Faith Community Church and he and his wife were hosts at Clay Hill Campground for 6 years where he looked forward to meeting and greeting the ones coming to camp. Jamie worked as a refrigeration technician at Reed Ice Company and was also employed by H D Construction.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Tina Ford Corley, the love of his life, his children, Addison Corley and Chance Corley, his father, Charles T. Corley, Sr.(Kay)Augusta, his mother, Joann Corley(Charles Henderson)Appling, brother, Charles T. Corley, Jr.(Karen)Augusta, sister, Jackie Lynn Norris(J.L.)Hephzibah, brother, Gene Henderson, Appling and many nieces, nephews and cousins who he loved so much.
