Mrs. Cynthia E. Parham, 64, Blythe, Georgia, entered into rest on August 25, 2021.
Cindy was born in Augusta, Georgia on December 27, 1956. She was the daughter of LM English and Mary Reeder English. Coming from the Augusta area, she graduated from Westside High School in 1974, received an associate’s degree in Theology, retired from University Hospital after 27 years, served on the Blythe City Council for many years and was a member of Whole Life Ministries. Cindy enjoyed gardening, fishing and her flowers. She loved people and especially loved her family and friends.
Cindy was preceded in death by her son, Matt Parham. Her survivors include her husband, John Parham; her parents, LM English and Mary English; her daughter, Kim Gilmer (David) of Thomson, Georgia; her sisters, Lynne English (Tess) of Evans, Georgia and Leslie “Margie” Deas (Paul) of Augusta, Georgia; grandchildren, Lacy Carmack, Cane Gilmer, Sterling Mason (Britnieanne), Dallas Schondelmayer, Wyatt Mason, Chase Gilmer, Kylie Parham, Maggie Parham, Aubrey Parham, and two great grandchildren, Josie Carmack and Barrett Mason and her lifelong friend, Janet Whittle.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 27, 2021 at Beggs Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia at 10:00 a.m., with Dr. Sandra Kennedy officiating. The interment will be at Westview Cemetery, Thomson, Georgia following the service. The pallbearers for the service are Cane Gilmer, Sterling Mason, Wyatt Mason, Chase Gilmer, Brian Dowless and Chandler Kelley.
