Mr. Charles Douglas Joyner, Jr., 57, of Thomson, Georgia, entered into rest on June 14, 2021.
Mr. Joyner was born in Vidalia, Georgia on December 19, 1963, and has lived in Thomson, Georgia for many years. He was the son of Charles Douglas Joyner, Sr. and the late Faye Geiger. Charles was a truck driver for Barry Phillips Trucking. He was very patriotic, loved fishing, hunting, Nascar, especially loved his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Faye Geiger and his sister, Sandra Dowd. Survivors include his wife, Ingrid Mooney Joyner; his father, Charles Douglas Joyner, Sr.; his son, Brendan Joyner (Ashley) of Clarkesville, Tennessee,; his daughter, Channing Joyner of Clarkesville, Tennessee; his brother, Adam Joyner of Vidalia, Georgia; and his sister, Susie Joyner of Thomson, Georgia.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. No Memorial Service will be held at this time.
