Thomson, GA – Mrs. Jane Celeste Savage Malden, 100, entered into rest March 5, 2020.

Mrs. Malden was born in Augusta, GA, the daughter of the late James W. Savage Sr. and the late Geraldine Wilson Savage.  She retired from The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company as an insurance underwriter and was active with the Augusta-Richmond County and Philadelphia Tuberculosis Associations.  Mrs. Malden was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Thomson, GA.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Peter Malden. 

Survivors include her 1st cousins, Carrol S. Meredith of Dunellen, FL, Arleigh W. Mansfield of Augusta, GA, Constance W. Fowke of Columbia, SC, and Brian T. Wilson of Atlanta, GA; 1st cousins once removed, Vincent Nadon of St. Lazare, Quebec, Julia Nadon of Montebello, Quebec, Pat Fowke Wood and Susan Fowke Lemon; friends, Mary Elizabeth P. Feldbauer of Collingswood, NJ, and Deborah P. Peters of Moorestown, NJ; and special friend, Stephanie Norris of Thomson, GA.
