Mrs. Carol Gault Ennis, 76, of Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2023.
Carol was born in Augusta, Georgia on July 22, 1946, grew up in Augusta, Georgia and graduated from Butler High School. She has lived most of her life in Thomson, Georgia working beside her devoted husband, Lamar, in the family business of Town & Country Packing, Inc. Carol was Methodist by faith and a member of Young Memorial United Methodist Church. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays, baking cookies with and for her grandchildren and loved caring for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Raiford Gault and Willie Mae Proctor Gault and her brother, Wendell Gault. Carol’s survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, Lamar Ennis; her Daughters, Angie Reese (Steve) and Marcie Guy (Kelly); her sisters, Reba Goldman and Wanda Choate; her sister-in-law, Janice Gault; her grandchildren, Morgan Reeves (Rodney) and Kylie Guy (Colt) and her great grandchild, Asher Reeves.
Her Graveside Service will be held at Westview Cemetery, Thomson, Georgia on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., with Dr. Steve Dodson officiating.
