Averie Jewel Miles, 5, Dearing, Georgia, entered into eternal rest with her heavenly father on Friday, October 20, 2023.

She grew up in Dearing, Georgia, enjoyed camping, spending time at the lake, tubing, razor dirt bike riding and just full of fun.  She also enjoyed her baby dolls, loved spending time with her family and friends and always had a smile.  Averie was Baptist by faith and a member of Washington Height Baptist Church.

Averie was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Julian “CJ” Miles; her paternal grandfather, Julian Miles; her paternal great grandparents, Leonard and Ruby Miles; her maternal great-great grandparents, Ira Lewis Rachels and Stella Lucille Williams Rachels; her paternal great-great grandparents, Thomas Henry Smith, Sr., William Eugene Smith and Gracie Mae Moon Smith and her Uncle Glenn Roger Combs, Sr.  Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Chris Miles and Amanda Smith Miles; her brother, Christopher Cason Miles; her sisters, Delaney Paige Miles and Brileigh Sage Miles; her maternal grandparents; Kenneth Unruh (Lynn) and Kerry Hale; her paternal grandmother, Bonnie Miles; her aunts and uncles, Michael Miles (Melissa); Delton and Kelly Unruh, Kenny and Maria Unruh and Casey and Dylan Wheeler; her great-great grandmother, Hazel L. Rachels Smith; her nieces and nephews, Mason Vanetten, Hannah Vanetten and Raiden Vanetten and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia.  Her funeral service will be held at Washington Heights Baptist Church, 1495 Washington Road, Thomson, Georgia on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Gary Caudill and Rev. Jon Richards.  The Interment will follow at Dearing City Cemetery.  Pallbearers for the service are Caleb Caudill, Joseph Caudill, Jonathan Caudill and Jude Caudill, and honorary pallbearers are Matt Prickett, Willie Gay, Lonnie Quick and Elijah Caudill
