Mrs. Adelia Lee Buice Snellings, 80 of Sunrise Drive, Lincolnton entered into rest on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at University Hospital, Augusta.
Mrs. Snellings, daughter of the late Robert Lee and Adelia Jo Staton Buice, was born in Atlanta and grew up in Lincolnton, Ga. where her father, a Baptist minister, served the community for many years. Following high school, she attended Truett McConnell College for a couple of years and later became a licensed beautician. She was talented artist who enjoyed ceramics, crocheting and any type of crafting.
She is survived by her daughters, Marchelle B. Pope of Harlem, Marcha B. Hall and husband Tom of Washington; stepson, Glenn Snellings of Grovetown; grandchildren, Hadley Adelia Beggs, Madison Lee Hall, Gene Thomas Hall, Matthew Brett Pope, Kinleigh Nicole Snellings, and Lori Beth Snellings.
She will be buried beside her parents at Green Lawn Cemetery, Roswell, Ga. Services will be private.
