Wilma Jean Newberry

Wilma Jean Newberry, age 81, formerly of Crossville, was called home to be with her Lord on Friday, April 24, 2015, at her home in Lincolnton, GA, She was born July 10, 1933 in White County Tennessee, daughter to the late Leslie Cox & Tennie Lamb Cox. Wilma happily served customers for many years at the Cumberland Mountain State Park Restaurant and she was a member of Homestead Baptist Church. She is survived by Son - Robert Newberry & wife Holly, Lincolnton, GA Daughter - Brenda Adams & husband Terry McCloud Sister - Joyce Iles Grandchildren - Kristy Tucker, David Newberry, & Gary Newberry Her Boys - Jessie Lee Tharp & David Earl Taylor In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by Husband - Bedford Newberry Sisters - Margie Miller & Emily Young Funeral services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville, Tennessee on Thursday, April 30, 2015, 10:00 am, with Bro. Michael Rollins officiating.  Interment in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 29, from 6:00 ~ 8:00 pm, also at Bilbrey Funeral Home.
