William Allen Clare

Mr. William Allen Clare, 53 of Deer Dr., Lincolnton entered into rest on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Clare, a native of Augusta, grew up in Martinez and graduated from Evans High School in 1983. In 2000, he and other family members, moved to Lincoln County. He had been employed by the Augusta Chronicle in the mailroom, had more recently delivered newspapers and his pastimes were fishing and ATV riding.

He will be greatly missed by his mother, Faye J. Coleman and husband, Bill and sister, Renee Clare Campbell and husband, Earl of Anniston, Al. His father, William Henry Clare, preceded him in death.
