Mr. Barrow was born in Long Branch, New Jersey and was retired as a truck driver. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011 from the Second Chance Church with Rev. Charles Reese officiating. Survivors include his wife, Ann B. Barrow of Warrenton; sons, William J.
