Willene Davis Norman

Mrs. Willene Davis Norman, 70 of Broad Rd., Tignall, Ga. entered into rest on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at University Hospital, Augusta.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Popes Chapel Cemetery, Tignall, Ga.

Mrs. Norman, daughter of the late William C. and Doris Maynard Davis, was born on August 28, 1948 in Lincoln County, and graduated from Lincolnton High School in 1967. When she was young, she had served as pianist at Martins Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church. For the past 42 years, she had been a resident of Tignall. She was a member of Forward Assembly of God, Washington.

Survivors include her husband James R. Norman; sons, Ty Norman, Tignall and Gerrin Norman and wife, Nichole of Royston; brothers, Curtis Davis, Perry Davis, B.L. Davis, Claude Davis, and Clyde Davis all of Lincolnton; sisters, Vivian Hanks, Juanita Stewart, both of Lincolnton and Barbara Lathren of Calhoun, Ga.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6pm until 8pm at
