Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Widener officiating. Interment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be: Wayne Welch, Richard Welch, Jimmy Newman, Micheal Todd, Ricky Poole and James Knox. Mr. Blair was a native of Troy, Alabama but lived in Appling, GA for over 30 years. He was an equipment operator with the Columbia County Roads and Bridges for 30 years and was a Baptist by faith.
