A native of Sumter, SC, she was the daughter of the late Earnest M. and Thelma Player Truesdale. Mrs. Harrell was a homemaker and a resident of Tignall, GA. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence W. Harrell, Sr.; a daughter, Dianna Mowery and a son, Earnest Martin Capell both of Carbondale, KS; a brother, Victor Truesdale of Manning, SC; a sister, Lila Gamble of Wedgeville, SC, and three grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
