Vivian Pearl Smith

Vivian Smith Warrenton, GA. - Mrs. Vivian Pearl Smith, 86, died September 6, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 9, 2011 at the Long Creek Baptist Cemetery with Rev. George Ivey officiating. Mrs. Smith was born in California and was the daughter of the late John and Violet Kerns. She was a retired nurse from the McDuffie Regional Medical Center and also worked at Warrenton Health and Rehabilitation and Thomson Health and Rehabilitation. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Warrenton. Survivors include her sister in law, Joyce Adkins and husband, Derwin of Young Harris; step children, James O. Smith, Jr., Florida, Jeff Smith, Wayne Smith and Teresa Lawrence all of Warrenton. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
