Virginia "Ginny" Walton

Mrs. Virginia Dillashaw Walton, 69 of Lovelace Rd. entered into rest on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Doctors Hospital, Augusta.

Mrs. Walton, daughter of the late Frank and Olivia Holliday Dillashaw, was a native of McCormick and had lived in Lincolnton most of her life.  She had been a beautician for over 42 years and school bus driver for 15 years until retirement a few years ago. She was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church.

Daughter: Lisa Walton and fiancé, Chris Collins of Hephzibah

Son: Jamie Walton and wife, Sheila , Lincolnton

Sisters: Dot Walker and husband, Bubba of McCormick

Linda D. Parham, Lincolnton

Brother: Billy Dillashaw and wife, Margaret, McCormick

Grandchildren: Ashley Harmon, Shannon Harmon, Laney Gunby, and Jessica Walton

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Anthony Chapel United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Rehoboth Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6pm until 9 pm at Beggs Funeral Home, 200 May Ave., Lincolnton
