Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 06, 2007 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Bray officiating.
He is survived by his wife Joe Ann Scarboro Stephens of Dearing, GA

Mr. Stephens was born in Coffee County, Georgia and was the son of the late John L. Stephens and the late Ruby Simmons Stephens. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was retired as a heavy equipment mechanic and a welder. Mr. Stephens was also a member of the Queen of Angels Catholic Church.
The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the funeral home.
