VERA NEAL THOMSON COMPANY Miss Vera Neal, 79 of Earle Street, Thomson, GA entered into rest May 21, 2008, at McDuffie Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 23, 2008 at Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sonny Peevy officiating. Internment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Miss Neal was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County and was the daughter of the late Jack Columbus Dudley Neal and the late Bertha Newsome Neal. She retired as a seamstress from Thomson Company; worked at Uniroyal and was a Nurses Aide at McDuffie County Hospital. Miss Neal was also a member of Washington Heights Baptist Church of Thomson. Survivors include: Nephews: Boyd McNair - Greensboro, GA Paul McNair - Thomson, GA Nieces: Helen Channel - Wrens, GA Faye Brown - Missouri Sherry Fulmer - Dearing, GA Shannon Greene - Dearing, GA The family will receive friends from 7 until 9, Thursday at the funeral home.
