Tommy Bishop

Wilton Manors, FL- Mr. Thomas Dean "Tommy" Bishop, 47, entered into rest May 30, 2017.

Tommy grew up in Thomson, Georgia and was a 1988 graduate of Thomson High School. He attended Gordon College, later worked for Stewart Title Company in Dallas, Texas, and most recently worked as a Real Estate Agent in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Tommy will be remembered for his great personality, and took pleasure in making everyone around him smile.  He was preceded in death by his father, Terrell Franklin Bishop, Sr.

Survivors include his beloved mother, Lynn Corbitt Bishop; brother, Terry Bishop (Becky), sister, Melonie McLendon (Jeff); nieces and nephews, Terryn Patterson, Patrick Cooper, Ellee Bishop, and Creigh Patterson; uncles and aunts, Phil Corbitt (Peggy), Robert Corbitt, Gaye Potate (Andy) and Penny Corbitt-Jacobus (Jennifer); very close friend, Scott Boston and family friend, Gail Newsome.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 5, 2017 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, Thomson with Rev. Lee Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service.
