Timothy " Tim" Partain Thomson, Ga. - Timothy Verlyn " Tim" Partain, 50 of Cedar Rock Rd. entered into rest January 7, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 11, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Randy Dunaway and Don Widener officiating. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 PM at the Campton Methodist Church Cemetery in Walton County. Mr. Partain was a native of Monroe Georgia, lived in Conyers, Georgia and moved to Thomson, Georgia 7 years ago. He was a graduate of Monroe High School and worked as a Computer Draftsman with Greenfire Systems in Conyers. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Christian Church. Survivors include his daughter, Amy Renee Purser of Monroe; his father and step-mother V.C. and Alice Partain of Thomson; brother, Russell Hugh Partain of Marietta; sister Chris Lynn Partain Bennett of Monroe; his maternal grandmother, Mary Nelle Queen of Monroe and his best friend, Tina Wells of Thomson Mr. Partain was preceded in death by his mother Mary Ellen Queen Hall.
