Thomas Emory Powell

Mr. Thomas Emory Powell, 51 of Elm St. entered into rest on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at his residence.

Mr Powell,  a native of Cartersville, Ga, grew up in metro Atlanta. He had lived in Lincolnton for over 10 years and was an OTR commercial truck driver.

Survivors include his children, Leigh Anne Powell and Brandon Powell both of Stone Mountain, Ga., parents, Gene and Patsy Powell, brothers, Randy Powell of Lincolnton and Jimmy Powell of Columbus, Ohio and a niece, Katie Powell.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017  at Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the morning worship service.
