Tammy Tallent Padgett

Ms. Tammy Tallent Padgett, age 43 of McDonough passed away March 1, 2009. She was born in Fulton County, GA to Boyd James and Paula Maxine Bell Tallent. She had worked for Henry County Parks and Recreation for 15 years and was a member of Loco Baptist Church in Lincolnton. Tammy was a loving person who enjoyed time with her family, photography, baking, fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Survivors include her sons, Keith (Natalie) Crawford of Griffin, Kyle and Dustin Padgett of McDonough; parents, Boyd J. and Paula M. Tallent of Thomson; siblings, Mack B. (Sandy) Tallent of Lincolnton, Burt (Dee) Tallent of Cheyenne, WY, Glenda (Freddie) Rhodes, Tim Lawson, both of Tignall; grandmother, Barbara Bell of Jackson; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Pastor Ralph Easterwood will officiate. Interment will follow at Haisten/Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
