Tamela Brinkley Samples
Tamela " Tammy" Brinkley Samples, 48, entered into rest at Georgia Regents Medical Center on June 18, 2014.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2014 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Danny McClure officiating. Interment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, Thomson.
Mrs. Samples was born in High Point, NC and lived in Cumming and Senoia, GA for many years before moving to McDuffie County seven years ago. She was employed by Tetra Tech at Fort Gordon, GA as a Quality Control Administrator. Mrs. Samples was a kind and loving person who had a passion for reaching out to others.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Byron Dennis Samples; daughter, Cassie Samples; step-daughters, Amanda S. Swanson and Alaina S. Conner; mother, Gail W. Moore; brother, Eddie Brinkley Jr.; sister, Heather Lewis. She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Brinkley Sr..
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014.
