Dearing, Georgia- Mrs. Susie Chandler Padgett, 73, of Adair Rd. entered into rest September 23, 2016.

Mrs. Padgett was born in Columbus, Georgia and was the daughter of the late William Leon Chandler and the late Bessie Elizabeth Roberts. She was a homemaker and member of Dearing Full Gospel Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Padgett was predeceased by a brother, Lewis Ogletree. Survivors include her daughter, Melinda P. Madden (Don Campbell) of Aiken, SC; son, Donald Ray Padgett (Anna) of Pensacola, FL; brother, Gary Chandler of Fredericktown, Ohio; sisters, Frances Briggs of Columbus, GA, Margie Turpen of Peru, Indiana and 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock p.m., Friday, September 30th at Dearing Full Gospel Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
