Mr. Steven Matthew Guin, 34 of Augusta, Ga. entered into rest on Monday, October 18, 2021 at his residence.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 6pm until 8pm at Beggs Funeral Home, 200 May Ave., Lincolnton.

Steven was born on February 16, 1987 in Augusta, grew up in Lincolnton and attended Long Cane Academy where he graduated in 2005. He loved spending time with his family, friends and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.

He is survived by his fiancée, Rachel Horne; parents, Matt and Beth Kahn Guin; grandfather, Donald Kahn, Sr.; sisters, Beth G. Crook and husband Ricky of Lincolnton and Stephanie G. Quarles and husband Jacob of Lincolnton; brother, Patrick Guin and wife Dallas of Lincolnton; nieces and nephews, Matthew Crook, Thomas Crook, Nobalee Guin, Khaleesi Guin and Magnolia Quarles; his dog, Roxie and cat, J.J.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, J.W. and Betty Jean Cato Guin and maternal grandmother, Gail S. Kahn.
