Shirley Walker Hulsey Taylor Augusta, GA- Mrs. Shirley Walker Hulsey Taylor, 73 formerly of Thomson, GA entered into rest June 10, 2011 at the University Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, June 12, 2011 at St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery in Lincoln County with Rev. Melissa Reynolds officiating. Pallbearers will be: Chevy Butler, Nick Powers, Sean Epps and David Young. Mrs. Taylor was born in Greene County, GA and was the daughter of the late Wilbur Leon Walker and the late Sara Frances Dingler Walker Marchman. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Terri Tonja Hulsey Young (David) of Thomson, GA; grandchildren, Rachel Ann Butler (Chevy), Rebecca Lea Powers (Nick); brother, Thad "Buck" Leon Walker (Joyce) of Milledgeville, GA; sister, Cathy Dale Marchman Swann (Clint) and sister-in-law, Janie Marchman. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, William Melvin Hulsey; daughter, Julie Ann Hulsey Baker; step-father, Claude W. Marchman and brother, Claude W. Marchman, Jr. .
