Scott Burke

Mr. T. Scott Burke, 62 of Lincolnton died Tues., March. 17, 2009. A Graveside services will be held Fri. March 20, at 11am at Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery in Lincoln County with Rev. Ronnie Faircloth officiating. Mr. Burke, a native of Martinez, worked for the Rocktenn Company for 35 years as a steel role die maker. He was a son of the late Hoyt and Frances Eugenia Scott Burke. Survivors include son, Troy Burke and wife Pamula of Martinez, daughter, Penny White and friend Jimmy Bass of Columbia, SC., brothers, Tommy Burke and Hank Burke, both of Martinez, sister, Therissa B. Peavy of Lincolnton, 3 grandchildren, Hunter Scott Burke, Brier Cole White, and Jessica Lee Graham and 5 nephews. Pallbearers will be Mark Peavy, Bradley Peavy, Montana Peavy, Hunter Burke, Noel Harris and Travis Burke.
