Ruby McNeal, 57, of Wylie, Texas passed away in Richardson on Sunday, February 5, 2023.  Ruby was born in Thomson, Georgia on January 26, 1966 to her late parents, Gordon E. and Betty Jean (Miles) love.  She had been a homemaker prior to her death.  She was a member of The Cross Church.

Her survivors include her husband, Joe McNeal; her son, Caleb McNeal and her sister, Rhonda McDowell (Kirk).
