Ronnie Edwards

Ronnie Edwards Thomson, GA-Mr. Ronald W. "Ronnie" Edwards, 56 of Salem Rd. entered into rest December 18, 2010 at the Medical College of Georgia. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mr. Edwards was a native of McDuffie County, Georgia and was the son of the late Roy W. Edwards and the late Ruby Benson Edwards. He worked at Thomson Company and later assisted as the manager of several hotels in Augusta, Georgia. Mr. Edwards was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church where he had served as former youth minister for several years. Survivors include several cousins.
