Robert Jl Phillips

Robert "JL"Phillips Dearing, GA- Mr. Robert " JL" Phillips, 63 entered into rest July 19, 2014 in Madison, Indiana. Mr. Phillips was a native of McDuffie County, GA and worked as an Iron worker and welder. He was a member of Dearing Baptist Church. Survivors include his  mother, Betty Ann Brooks Phillips Campbell; son, David Phillips; daughters, Debbie K. Phillips, Annette P. Withrow (Robert), Carly Lynn Phillips; sisters, Nancy Jane Payne (Danny), Martha Ann Carlyle  (Al), Cindy Mills; grandchildren, Dalton and Cody Morris, Alex and Alexis Withrow. He preceded in death by his father, Robert Phillips; brother, Richard Phillips and special great niece, McClay Powell. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2014 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Jack McCorkle officiating. Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, GA is in charge of arrangements.
