Robert "Bob" Osborne Dobyne, Jr.

Robert "Bob" Osborne Dobyne, Jr., 92 of Keene St., Martinez, Ga. entered into rest on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at The Cooper House Personal Care Home, Lincolnton, Ga.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 11 am at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with entombment following in the mausoleum.

Mr. Dobyne, son of the late Robert O. Dobyne, Sr. and Ruby Dobyne was born on September 30, 1930 in Staunton, Virginia. He served his country proudly in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and later in the US Army National Guard.  In 1953, he began a career with the IBEW Local 136 and later retired. He was a proud and faithful member of the Resurrected Riders Augusta Chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association.

He is survived by his daughter, Vickie Usry Bryan and sons, Michael Usry, wife, Brenda and Thomas Usry Jr., wife, Pat and grandchildren Tommy Jackson, Terri Goodwin and Savannah Usry. Beggs Funeral Home, Lincolnton is honored to serve the family of Mr. Robert "Bob" Dobyne, Jr.
