Robert Gene "Bobby" Myers Wilkes County Board of Education Washington, Georgia- Mr. Robert Gene " Bobby" Myers, 74 of Big Cedar Road entered into rest March 3, 2011 at Trinity Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Washington, Georgia with Dr. Leonard L. Dupree officiating. Mr. Myers was a lifelong resident of Wilkes County, Georgia and was the son of the late Benjamin Otis Myers and late Addie Bell Rainwater Myers. He was retired from the maintenance department of the Wilkes County Board of Education with over 30 years of service. He was also the owner and operator of Myers Mobile Home Supplies. Mr. Myers was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sarah Eberhardt Myers, Washington, GA; daughters, Jeannie Bruce, Washington, GA, Angela Mobley and husband William, Metasville, GA; brother, Ed Myers, Metasville, GA; sisters, Sara Lamar and Gladys Roth both of Washington, GA ; grandchildren, Hannah Sifre, Joni Bruce, Summer Taylor, Jennifer Bruce, Austin Mobley and Tyler Mobley. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy Myers and Ben Myers. Friends may call at the residence 2070 Big Cedar Rd.
