Rita Ann Moenk Gibson, GA. - Mrs. Rita Ann Remay Moenk, 87, of Beall Springs Rd. died September 4, 2011. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Queen of Angels Catholic Church with Father Bill Williams as celebrant. Interment services will follow at 4:00 p.m at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park, GA. Mrs. Moenk was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived in College Park, GA before making her home in Gibson, GA seven years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Survivors include her son, Timothy I. Moenk of Boston, MA; daughters, Sister Jeanne Moenk, SND of Cleveland, Ohio, Patricia Scott of Carrolton, TX, and Rita Allen of Gibson, GA; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the funeral home. The rosary will be held at 8:00 p.m. following visitation in the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel.
