Mr. Richard Alan (Rick) Jennings, 62, entered into rest at his residence on December 15, 2015.  He was a lifelong resident of the McCormick County area and the proprietor of Jennings Country Store.

Survivors include his wife, Jenny W. Jennings of McCormick, his former wife and mother of his sons, Lou Ann Barnett of Lincolnton, his grandson, Adam (AJ) Jennings, Jr., and his sisters, Brenda Jennings and Debra Etris of McCormick.  Mr. Jennings was predeceased by his two sons, Adam and Clint Jennings, and his brother Mike Jennings.

Graveside services will be conducted in Overbrook Cemetery on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Brenson Jennings officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
