Mrs. Renee Norman Savage, 53 formerly of Metasville Rd., Lincolnton entered into rest on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Augusta University Medical Center.

Mrs. Savage was born on November 3, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina. She grew up in Lincolnton and graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1985. Shortly after graduation, she went to work for Doug Newman State Farm Agency in Lincolnton and was employed there for 32 years. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church and attended Faith Community Church in recent years. Her interests included helping others and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Maurice Savage and her father, Larry Gordon Norman, Sr.

Survivors include her son, Jeremiah Savage and wife Nina of Lincolnton; mother and step-father, Mary and Joe Powell of Lincolnton; brothers, Larry G. Norman, Jr. of Summerville, SC and Sean Norman of Columbia; grandchildren, Natalie Annabelle Savage and Ethan Gavin Savage.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 3 pm at Morningside Baptist Church with visitation beginning at 2pm in the church sanctuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, 701 Greene St., Augusta, Ga. 30901.
