Mr. Charlie Randall "Randy" Lowe, 61 of Washington Hwy., Lincolnton entered into rest on Monday, September 5, 2022 at his residence. Randy was born in Augusta, grew up in Grovetown and for the past 30 years, he enjoyed spending every weekend on the family farm in Lincoln County.

He owned and operated Lowe and Sons Construction, a business that his father, Charlie had started over 50 years ago. In the early days of the business, he began his career at 6 years old, spending any extra time that he could on the job helping his daddy form and install septic tanks. Later, they expanded into lot clearing, grading, hauling and the debris rolloff business.

Survivors include his wife, Kim M. Lowe; daughter, Amanda Feasler and Matt Loyal of Martinez; son, Josh Lowe and wife Holli of Grovetown; brother, Ricky Lowe and wife Brenda of Grovetown; grandchildren, Randon Feasler, Emma Lowe, Liliana Feasler, Iris Feasler and Charlotte Lowe; and his golden doodle, Buddy Beaudreaux. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Patricia Robinson Lowe.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 11 am at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown.
