He was the beloved husband of Joy L. Crawford. Funeral services will be held at 2: 00 PM, Wednesday, Oct. 03, 2007 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Reginald Blakewood, Jim Martin and Sonny Peevy officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Kyle Lamb, Andrew Lamb, Mark Davis, Kyle Phillips, Charles Reese and Kevin Chamlee. Rev. Crawford was born in Wauchula, FL and lived in Thomson, GA since 1989. He worked for Badcock Corporation for the past 20 years. Mr. Crawford was a member of New Providence Baptist Church where he served as minister since 2001. He also served on the House and Grounds Committee with the Washington-Wilkes Baptist Association and assisted in the formation of the first Community Revival held in Thomson,GA.
