Ralph Donald Matarazzo, 87, Appling, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2023.

Ralph was born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 15, 1935, grew up in the Boston area and moved to the Columbia County area approximately 5 years ago.  He was the owner operator of Italo American Pasta Company before recently retiring. Ralph enjoyed cooking and bird watching and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends..

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph F. Matarazzo and Ida Monaco Matarazzo; his wife Joan Curran Matarazzo and his brother Richard Matarazzo.  His survivors include his longtime friend and companion, Lynne Simpson; sons, Mark Matarazzo, Ralph R. Matarazzo (Barbara) and Dean Matarazzo (Hala); his daughters, Joanie Creato (Timothy) and Lisa M. Keen (Tom) and 14 grandchildren.
