Pryce "Pete" McCord Norwood, Georgia - Mr. Richard "Pete" Pryce McCord, 83 of Hall Street entered into rest January 22, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Mary Frances Johnson McCord for 60 years. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Scruggs Cemetery, Norwood, GA with Rev. David Jenkins officiating. Mr. McCord was a lifelong resident of Warren County, Georgia. He served in the U. S. Army National Guard, served on the Norwood City Council and was retired from Thomson Oak Flooring. Mr. McCord was also a member of Norwood United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Frances McCord; sons, David McCord and wife, Pam of Norwood, GA, Terry McCord and wife, Kim of Thomson, GA; grandchildren, Dallas Yates and Katherine Yates and his dog, Jenny.
