Penny L. O'Neal

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September, 23rd at 2 o'clock p.m. at Hephzibah Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Danner officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Ms. O'Neal, born in Wilkes County, had grown up in Lincolnton and graduated from LCHS in 1986. She had lived in Lincolnton most of her life and was a homemaker and member of Hephzibah Baptist Church. Survivors: Sons: Austin Mobley and Tyler Mobley, both of Lincolnton Parents: Perry and Gail Jones O'Neal, Lincolnton Brother: Mike O'Neal, Lincolnton Grandmother: Mrs. Ellie Jones Biological Father: Ronnie North Half- Brother: John North
