Patsy Ashworth Faglier

Mrs. Patsy Ashworth Faglier, 81, of Thomson, Ga entered into rest on June 18, 2021.

Patsy was born in Oakdale, Louisiana to the late Burton Ashworth and the late Clara Tant Ashworth. She moved to Thomson, Georgia in 1956. Patsy worked at Stapleton Garment Company many years and retired from Smallworld Daycare after 20 years of service.  Patsy was a member of Second Baptist Church and attended Faith Baptist Church in Thomson. She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed gardening and working in her yard. In addition to her parents, Patsy was predeceased by her husband, Cleon Robert Faglier.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Faglier (Marsha) of Thomson; daughter, Debbie Faglier Hitt (Ray) of Grovetown; sister, Sandra Morton of North Augusta, SC; grandson, McKenzie Hitt; and special niece, Brittany Morton Howell.

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm, Monday, June 21, 2021, in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Don Widener officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

The Pallbears are McKenzie Hitt, Kaleb Arrington, Chris Darden, Richard Faglier, Brandon Dunaway and Shane Dunaway.
