Patricia "Pat" Grimaud

Washington, GA- Mrs. Theo Patricia "Pat" Lamb Grimaud of Pecan Grove Rd. was called home, Monday, September 09, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Andrew W. Grimaud, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at First Baptist Church, Washington, GA with Rev. Kevin Madden officiating. Interment will follow in the Washington-Wilkes Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Mrs. Grimaud was born December 14, 1941 in Kite, Georgia to the late Rudolph Lamb and the late Bessie Will Ivey Lamb. She lived many years in Richmond County and Lincoln County before moving to Wilkes County in 2000. Mrs. Grimaud volunteered at God's Market Place, was a member of the Wills Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, member of the North Wilkes County Steering Committee, and was a member of First Baptist Church and was very active in many phases of the church. She particularly loved working with the youth. Mrs. Grimaud was a faithful and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband survivors include: daughters, Amanda Grimaud Jackson and husband, Tim of Tignall, Joy Grimaud Cartledge and husband, James of Evans; son, Andrew Wortham Grimaud, Jr. and wife, Nora of Thomson; sister, Runnette Lamb Smith and husband, Jackie of Harlem; grandchildren, Chase Jackson, Hunter Jackson, Katie Cartledge Scarboro (Jason), Jake Cartledge, Bryce Cartledge, Alecia Grimaud, Drew Grimaud and Andy Grimaud; great grandchildren, Carson Ivey Scarboro, Waylon James Scarboro, G. W. Walden and Ella Grace Walden.

Friends may call the residence of Amanda and Tim Jackson, Independence Street or the family will receive family and friends from 6 until 8 p.m, Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the funeral home.
