NICK WILEY WELDER Mr. Nicholas Duane (Nick) Wiley 25 of Ridge Rd. Thomson,GA entered into rest September 9, 2008 at MCG. He was the beloved son of Kathy M. Clements and the late Duane T. Wiley. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, September 11, 2008 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Ministers Pacer Blevins and Rob Sparks officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Blake Ansley, Adam Hill, James (Buster) Langham, Travis Reese, Jonathan Newsome, Kenneth Newsome, Ben Mooney, Adam Chalker, Brandon Pilgrim, Rusty Finley, Robert Pickrell and Wade Thigpen. Mr. Wiley was born in Dekalb County but lived in McDuffie County most of his life. He was a 2001 graduate of Briarwood Academy and was self employed as a welder. Mr. Wiley was also a member of the Lincolnton Church of Christ. Survivors include his mother: Kathy M. Clements and her husband Lint of Thomson Brother: Brad Wiley- Thomson Sister: Ivy Clements- Thomson Fiance: Katie Reese-Thomson Paternal Grandmother: Margaret Ann Wiley- Thomson Maternal Grandfather: Eddie E. Maxwell- Snellville Aunts and Uncles: Daryl and Laurie Wiley, Dayna and Paul Hicks, Detra and Tony Pate and Sandra Poteat Cousins : Chris, Lisa, Krystal, Amanda, Brooke, Carson, Ashton, Tiffany, Connor and Travis He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frank Thomas Wiley, an uncle, Don William Wiley and his maternal grandmother, Nellie Maxwell . The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lincolnton Church of Christ 1832 Highway 220 West Lincolnton, GA 30817.
